In fact, while we take care of the luggage and park your car in total safety in the private garage, in the morning, we invite you to have breakfast in our restaurant or, depending on the season, on the panoramic terrace overlooking the centuries-old park and the Adige Valley.

If you arrive in the afternoon, we will tempt you with a varied selection of fresh fruit, a freshly squeezed fruit juice or a glass of metodo classico sparkling wine from the family cellar.

Here, we combine all the discoveries of our longevity medicine, customizing them according to your needs. The highest principle of our Detox Cuisine is the replacement of low-energy daily eating habits with new paths that involve the consumption of light, fresh and nutritious dishes to free the body of accumulated toxins.

In the Tasting Room, Marcello Corrado combines the world of starred cuisine with his sustainable philosophy: "enveloping the senses with awareness". With this motto in mind, he maintains the principle that pleasure for the palate should not turn into a vice. The tasting room can be considered a "laboratory" for gourmet cuisine with an eye to the future. Nature, farm-to-table and seasonality are combined with the culinary art and the joy of experimentation. This opens new doors to the encounter between culinary traditions and the challenges of our time.
