Movement
Movement is defined as putting into practice a motor activity in line with the ability, level of expertise and preference of each guest who wishes to reach a condition of physical, psychological and social well-being. Physical activity can reduce the level of cholesterol and triglycerides, glucose intolerance, obesity and excess fat, platelet aggregation, high blood pressure, heart rate, vulnerability to heart palpitations, hyperactive hormonal activity, and psychological stress. It can also increase fat burning, the number of blood vessels, the dimension of veins and arteries, heart efficiency, efficiency of distribution to the periphery, electron transport capacity, the oxygen content of the blood, the number of white blood cells and volume of blood circulation, thyroid functions, the production of growth hormone, the tolerance of stress, the habits of moderation, and the joy of life.
