ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
On the day of your arrival your room will be available to you at 3:00 p.m. On the day of your departure we ask that you vacate your room by 12:00 p.m.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
Your booking is valid upon receipt of 400.00 Euros (for 3 to 4 nights) or 800.00 Euros (for 7 nights or longer) per person.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In general terms we use the EU travel regulations as our guidelines. In case of a booking cancelled later than four weeks before arrival, late arrival or early departures, or if you do not arrive at all you will be charged for the full amount.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept personal checks, EC cards, cash, AMEX, Visa and Mastercard.

ACTIVITIES AND GROUP SESSIONS
We'd like to inform our guests that the activities and the group sessions such as yoga and gymnastics are free and are offered every day from Monday to Saturday. Moreover we kindly ask our guests to understand that group activities and personal training sessions cannot be substituted with other therapies.

CHILDREN
We have a soft spot for children and believe that they are a great gift. For this reason we'd like to inform you that Villa Eden is not suited for a vacation with children. We place great value on rest and relaxation at our facility and these are not really conditions under which child can feel at home. For those who would like to plan a vacation with children, we would gladly recommend appropriate family hotels.

SMOKING POLICY
We'd like to inform our guests that Villa Eden is a non-smoking hotel. The smoking areas are the terraces and the park.

FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS
We only accept small dogs with special permission. Please be advised that dogs are not permitted in salons or in the wellness areas of the hotel. Fees: Euro 15,00 per day. Dogs are not permitted in "Prestige" rooms. Continue with "Gift Certificates"
