The laser method involves the use of focused light with special wavelengths and high energy. This treatment method has been used for over 30 years-thanks to specific laser devices which can be used for diverse indications.

Skin discolorations

Birthmarks and liver spots on cheeks and the backs of hands can be successfully treated with the laser.

The ideal age: The removal of birthmarks should be performed on children before they are school-aged. There is no upper age limit.

Postoperative care: The treatment of the affected skin areas with antibiotic salves and vitalizing ointments accelerates the healing process.

Stretch marks

Can be toned down but not entirely removed. An improvement of 60 to 70 percent can still be achieved with relatively new stretch marks (a few weeks, not years, old)The procedure is performed without anesthesia.

The ideal age: Developmentally precipitated stretch marks can be treated prior to 20 years of age.

Postoperative care: The treated area is protected for several days with a gauze bandage.

Hair removal with laser (depilation)

The laser is the ideal solution for very dark hair on light skin. Through the use of a high energy light beam, the hair follicle is heated up and loses its ability to grow new hair. Laser depilation is less effective on darker skin-and includes the risk of dark spots-or when the hair so light that it cannot be recognized by the device. Compared with electrolysis, the laser method has two advantages: the treatment is faster and the risk of skin irritation is practically nil.

The ideal age: No age limit.
