From the first time you sit down at the table, you will note that in our menu there isn't bread, pasta, sugars, salt, fats, meat only in moderate quantity and that all the feeding is essentially based on vegetable, fruit, wholewheat and biological cereals because it's a kind of food which allows to let the organism stand and open the door to a process of organic purification. The doctor will suggest the diet for every guest, choosing among hypocaloric diet, purification diet and food combining.
