| 9 am - 10 am | A purifying Turkish bath at 50 degrees Celsius (approx. 122oF), following by a Jacuzzi with toning synergies (essence of rosemary and sage) |
| 10 am - 10:30 am | Breakfast at the Club Lounge |
| 11 am - 12 pm | An Eden massage with toning synergies |
| 12 pm - 12:30 pm | The Total Relaxation with a tea ritual with a therapy of background music |
