VEHC has been conceived for your total relax and it looks like an oasis of silence to find again the natural balance between body, mind and spirit.
For being able living at most this unique atmosphere, we propose the following "Club Etiquette":
Income and reservations:
VEHC is reserved for a limited number of associates and guests. For this reason the reservation is welcomed and it assures the precedence on the guests without reservation.

Children:
We have a soft spot for children and we believe that they are a great gift. For this reason we'd like to inform you that VEHC is not suited for a vacation with children. We place great value on rest and relaxation and these are not really conditions under which child can feel at home. For this reason children and boys under 18 are not admitted.
Responsibility for the use of the Center:
We desire to inform our guests that the use of the center is on own responsibility.
Day Spa:
To obtain the maximum benefit from your visit, we kindly ask you to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your treatment. Be informed that in case of delay, it is still asked you to pay for the entire treatment. Moreover, we ask you to inform immediately our staff about your health condition, a possible pregnancy and in case of drug assumption.
Booking:
To be able to satisfy your timetable requirements, we kindly recommend reserving a few days in advance. In case of cancellation of your treatment with a notice of less than 24 hours, it will be asked you to pay for the entire treatment.
Health and Pregnancy:
We kindly ask you to recognize that body treatments (massages or hydrotherapy) are not possible in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. However, it's possible to carry out a manicure or a pedicure. We kindly ask you to inform us - in every case and before any and all treatments - about your health conditions and/or pregnancy.
