- Elaboration of a basic program renewed every 8-12 weeks
- Free access to the cardio-fitness room (Technogym) with the available assistance of a on-site aide
- Free access to the isotonic room (Technogym) with the available assistance of a on-site aide
- Regularly group excercises for body & mind (in water as well)
- Free access to the HAMMAM with bath towel
- Free access to the INDOOR POOL
