Yoga
The word Yoga comes from Sanskrit and means "put together". In fact it's a discipline whose goal is the totality of the human being. Yoga is a newsworthy method which everybody can perform and that allows to bring the mind to a condition of concentration, to relax, to reach an optimal physical and mental balance, to prevent as well as to cure diseases.
It's a relaxation technique, which predisposes the mind "to think positive". It consists in a series of exercises, which accustom to put on correct positions every part of the body, to give brawn, sturdiness and physical energy. Moreover Yoga helps to fight wakefulness, anxiety, stress, sensibility and nervousness.
Yoga is widely known for its physical part, which consists in a series of positions, or asanas, and techniques of breathing called pranayama. The Yoga spiritual part is essential for mind-body development.
