The day of arrival, suites are available starting from 3:00 pm. We kindly ask you to check out on departure day by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon request and availability.

The reservation is confirmed after a payment of 30% of the amount of the entire stay.

We accept the following payment methods: cash, bank transfer, AMEX, VISA and Mastercard.

We wish to inform our kind guests that the activities and group courses such as yoga, gymnastics and excursions are included in the price of the stay. In this regard, we trust in your understanding and inform you that group activities and personal training lessons cannot be replaced with other therapies.

We wish to inform our guests that VILLA EDEN is a non-smoking hotel. It is very important for us that this point is respected, which is why we will be forced to charge the cost of an overnight stay to anyone who does not comply with this ban.

We accept pets with prior arrangement. Pets are not allowed in the dining rooms and the wellness area. Supplement: € 40 per day. In the case where a special cleaning is required, it will be charged separately. Food for animals is not included. A dog-sitter service is available upon request.

We love children and we think they are the greatest joy in the world. For this we would like to say that VILLA EDEN is not the place to them. VILLA EDEN is completely dedicated to your relaxation and well-being and is inserted in a context of absolute tranquillity, where the children would not feel at ease. For those who want to organize a holiday with children, we will be happy to suggest specialized hotels.

Guests frequently inquire about tips, and with your approval, we will incorporate a 5% service charge into your daily room rate. This amount is then distributed among our team in a fair manner, as determined by the team members themselves.
