CRYOTHERAPY serves both the cardiovascular and immune systems: it helps reduce rheumatism and joint pain as well as fight depression. Triggering a shock response, it increases the heart rate.

It starts from two minutes with the aim of gradually reaching fifteen minutes.

We start in the gym with a workout that includes 10 minutes of warm-up and 20 minutes of interval training. Then you go to the tub, where you will stay for a couple of minutes.

After the dive, you cover yourselves well and drink hot tea to restore the body temperature.
